Robert Walters Middle East is looking for a Head of HR to join a Power and Utilities company in Riyadh. Due to Saudization this position is only open to KSA nationals<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>▪ 9+ years of relevant HR generalists experience (depending on job level/scope)<p><br></p>▪ Solid understanding of HR operating model, including Center of Excellence, HR Shared Service<p><br></p>▪ Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights<p><br></p>▪ High level of integrity and independent mind<p><br></p>▪ Project management skills<p><br></p>▪ Strong focus on achieving the delivery of strategic goals.<p><br></p>▪ Exceptional influencing skills; assertive without being antagonistic or alienating.<p><br></p>▪ Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
