<p><strong><u>Duties And Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee the payroll including employee’s monthly transactions (in & out of payroll transactions).</li><li>Measure the effectiveness of the benefits programs and recommend improvements.</li><li>Review and update the employment contracts and agreements.</li><li>Prepare budgets by department and budget reports.</li><li>Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.</li><li>Maintain and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.</li><li>Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, Social Security, etc)</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies.</li><li>Adjust requested disciplinary actions to comply with the Labor Law.</li><li>Manage all insurance types.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>BSc in Human Resources or equivalent.</li><li>10 years’ experience, including proven work experience as an HR Operations section head, or a related job position in the HR department.</li><li>Great knowledge of labor law.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Excellent English.</li><li>Planning skills.</li><li>Leadership Skills.</li><li>knowledge of GCC and North Africa countries’ profiles.
