<p>Looking for an enthusiastic candidate who would like to join and lead the revenue management of our company. <span>This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong business acumen and a passion for the Hospitality/Tourism industry, especially holiday homes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the apartments and manage day to day yield operations.</li><li>Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.</li><li>Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.</li><li>Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each apartment.</li><li>Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.</li><li>Analyze overall monthly apartment performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.</li><li>Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity.</li><li>Work in liaison with sales and reservations departments as a team.</li><li>Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc….) points.</li><li>Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical action.</li><li>Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business.</li><li>Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.</li><li>Adhere to any other reasonable requests made by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Masters/bachelorβs degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </span></li><li><span>Proven experience in setting up and managing the entire operations of holiday homes.</span></li><li><span>Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. </span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and record-keeping to handle rental income, expenses, and financial reports.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with property owners, guests, and service providers.
