Belfrics (www.befrics.com) also is one of the largest chain of cryptocurrency exchanges that facilitates buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.</p><p> </p><p>The current opening is for one of our corporate client.</p><p><br></p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with the CEO and management to support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company</li><li>Oversee implementation of sales strategies</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficent operation of equity sales and business development.</li><li>Build effective relationships with industry players and enhance the services with latest offerrings and technology solutions.</li><li>Manage technology platforms and operational workflows in connection with equity sales and business covering exchange, custody and related services</li><li>To lead the establishment, development and management of digital sales and channel activation for the leveraged trading products.</li><li>The role is responsible for driving digital sales of products through monetizing the company’s product journeys and driving overall transformation of sales and services.</li><li>Generate reports and analytics on existing client relationships to gain insights on trends for review with senior management.</li><li>The role will work closely with digital products, data analytics, digital marketing and product teams driving inbound marketing to our digital channels and proactive hyper-personalized offers driving activation and engagement of products and services in digital.</li><li>The function will be responsible for establishing and implementing digital tools to support sales and activation driving continuous improvement to our digital experiences.</li><li>Deliver excellent crypto client relationship management throughout the sales process.</li><li>Focusing on goals and results whilst striving to surpass targets.</li><li>Playing an active role in the company and adding to the strategic expansion of the business.</li><li>Leverage cryptocurrency data and analytics to add value and deepen client relationships.</li><li>Originate new business autonomously targeting.</li><li>Facilitate the identification, sales, and onboarding of new client relationships across all products.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve existing workflows.</li><li>covering new products, market, and industry developments.</li><li>Work with external service providers and partners to ensure seamless integration</li><li>Update operational processes through documentations and manuals</li><li>Collaborate with frontline departments to provide superior user experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements</u></p><ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor degree in finance/ economics/ IT or related disciplines</li><li>Equity/Forex sales experience 5-12 years</li><li>Extensive experience/ knowledge of capital market</li><li>Proficiency in verbal and written English</li><li>Be flexible, hands-on and able to multitask while working under pressure</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skill</li><li>Preference given to candidates based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (UAE).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
