Additionally, you’ll oversee all the financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially. In the long run, it will be your responsibility to sustain the financial well-being of our organization and enhance profitability.<p><br></p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s financial standing, identify investment opportunities, and mitigate financial risks Collaborate with executive management to define and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts</li><li>Financial Management Reporting: Oversee all financial aspects of the organization including accounting, budgeting, payroll, tax planning, and risk management Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders Establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements</li><li>Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a high level of performance and team work</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergy and generate innovative financial solutions across the organization</li><li>Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations for informed decision-making </li><li>Represent the company during financial discussions, negotiations, and presentations to the board of directors and executive management</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred</li><li>10+ years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge in fintech domain</li><li>Extensive knowledge of financial management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in financial planning &amp; analysis, budgeting and forecasting</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with the capability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p>Office environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you’ll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.<p><br></p>Education budget: We believe the learning journey never ends, therefore you will be entitled to an annual education budget to take part in trainings, courses or onsite conferences of your choice.<p><br></p>Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
