<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Chief Finance Officer</p><p><br></p><p>Our company is growing, and we need a senior finance officer that can lead our company finance department.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced chief finance officer to join our team, and keep our finance positioned to success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting</li><li>Monitoring daily finance activities (Cash flow, sales revenue, expenses and etc…)</li><li>Developing appropriate and accurate financial cycle for each process.</li><li>Preparing monthly &amp; annual budget and monitoring it is implementation.</li><li>Analyzing data.</li><li>Preparing financial reports (Cash flow, Balance sheet and etc…) in monthly, quarterly and annual basis.</li><li>Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team</li><li> Providing strategic recommendations to the company management.</li><li>-Advising on long-term business and financial planning</li><li>Reviewing all formal finance, for all other departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5 years or more experience as finance manager, or finance director or CFO.</li><li>Professional communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in business accounting or finance.</li><li>Knowledge about international trade and financial rules.</li></ul>
