<p>Our client is a leader in Digital Transformation, they offer modern technology solutions and services to the Medium Enterprise in the Qatari market. Solutions such as Cloud, IoT, Analytics, Mobily, Cybersecurity, Social Media, …etc</p><p><br></p><p>The Head of Digital Transformation is accountable for researching and identifying new opportunities to grow, develop business and propose new potential deals while leading on projects from introduction to implementation. S/He studies financial impacts, reviews the organization positioning, analyzes market trends and forges strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>β’ Identify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced services;</p><p>β’ Detect new markets in multiple industries to promote our digital transformation portfolio;</p><p>β’ Conduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness;</p><p>β’ Conduct structured assessments of customer requirements;</p><p>β’ Oversee all strategic projects, identify room for improvement and system enhancements;</p><p>β’ Ensure proper planning of future developmental projects in alignment with the company strategy;</p><p>β’ Develop business cases to demonstrate the viability and business justification for the proposed solution;</p><p>β’ Coordinate the progress of different projects under study with internal and external stakeholders;</p><p>β’ Anticipate market evolution and competitors activities and suggest solutions based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and viability of business partners;</p><p>β’ Ensure that all financial performances are in correlation with the yearly budget and in alignment with the strategic business goals;</p><p>β’ Prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projects;</p><p>β’ Identify, initiate and develop contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients and position the company as a trusted, reliable and serious contender in the digital business to generate revenues and attract partnerships;</p><p>β’ Draft agreements with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;</p><p>β’ Stay up to date in the field and the market;</p><p>β’ Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;</p><p>β’ Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;</p><p>β’ Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p>β’ Customer Centric</p><p>β’ Agile</p><p>β’ Bachelor Degree is any related field</p><p>β’ Very good Arabic/English communication</p><p>β’ Accountable</p><p>β’ Business Awareness</p><p>β’ Leadership</p><p>β’ Problem Solving and Decision Making</p><p>β’ Result Driven</p><p>β’ Negotiation</p>
