Job Description

<p>The Head of Design is responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the overall design strategy for the company. </p><p><br></p><p>This includes setting the creative vision, managing the design process, and ensuring that all design work meets the company’s standards. </p><p><br></p><p>The Head of Design will also be responsible for working with other departments to ensure that the design of the company’s products, services, and marketing materials is consistent with the company’s brand identity.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Set the creative vision for the company and ensure that all design work is aligned with the company’s brand identity.</li><li>Manage the design team and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to be successful.</li><li>Oversee the design process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Work with other departments to ensure that the design of the company’s products, services, and marketing materials is consistent.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and conferences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a design leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of leading and managing design teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p></p>
