We’re looking for a talented and driven Head of Corporate Services to lead and develop the team within our Legal, Finance, People Ops, and Workspace sub-units. Your main responsibility is to ensure the happiness and productivity of your team, with a particular focus on people management. We’re searching for a leader with exceptional people management skills, strong organizational abilities, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your top responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of the Legal, Finance, People Ops, and Workspace sub-units of the Corporate Services unit, ensuring they work towards company goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential and grow professionally.
  • Create growth plans for individual team members, follow up on their progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes that increase team productivity and lower overhead.
  • Lead and facilitate various team meetings, ensuring that they are productive and collaborative.
  • Collaborate with other units and stakeholders to ensure the Corporate Services unit aligns with the overall company strategy.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible to the CEO for the team’s performance.

  • An appreciation for data-driven approaches and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with legal operations, finance, people operations, or workspace management is a plus.
  • Experience in a tech startup company is also a plus.
