<strong>What You Will Do<br></strong><ul><li>Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operations of the company related to the compliance function and its activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. </li><li>Act as the authorized point of contact for the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) . </li><li>Collaborates with the leadership team to provide information to accurately determine the company’s extent of compliance. </li><li>Stays abreast of changes in regulation, guidance and best practices to inform the leadership team of and provide information on compliance changes that may affect the company. </li><li>Oversee the company’s Anti-Money laundering and compliance program in line with current industry best practices, regulatory guidance and requirements. </li><li>Assist various departments in evaluating policies and procedures for compliance with legal &amp; regulatory requirements. </li><li>Assist in developing and presenting compliance training sessions for the Board of Directors, leadership team and employees. </li><li>Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through analysis and assessment. </li><li>Develops corrective action plans for problematic issues and provides guidance on resolution and future prevention and mitigation. </li><li>Prepares and conducts compliance audits. </li><li>Prepares reports for the leadership team and the Board of Directors concerning the compliance function including scope and results of compliance audits. </li><li>Act as liaison/contact for external independent reviews or audits of compliance areas. </li><li>Participates in response to audit concerns and oversees corrective action of all related compliance deficiencies or violations. </li><li>Monitors the performance of the compliance programs and related activities taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.</li></ul>
