The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Arabic, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who has a proven track record of generating sales and developing new business relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for the agency.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, create and manage sales pipelines, and negotiate deals to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients, and stay up-to-date with industry news and developments.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and creative, to develop proposals and pitch materials that meet client needs and showcase the agency’s capabilities.</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to optimize the agency’s sales approach and ensure continued success.</li><li>Attend industry events and conferences to represent the agency and network with potential clients and partners.</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to support the growth of the agency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).</li><li>Proven track record of generating sales and developing new business relationships.</li><li>At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or communications industry.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with the local business landscape and cultural nuances in the UAE is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet the above requirements and are excited about the opportunity to lead the business development efforts of a dynamic agency in Dubai, we encourage you to apply.
