Job Brief:

Responsible for managing B2B revenues, striving to maintain and grow the B2B market into a customer centric, process driven, revenue driven market over the short and long term. Also, responsible for leading product managers with the go-to market plans, product launches, product positioning, and channels support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a differentiated business strategy to accelerate market share in targeting different segments through in-depth understanding of customers, competition, and organizational capabilities
  • Define and detail a go-to market program across all business segments such as customer acquisition, demand and supply side of each segment, business processes and technology platform
  • Structure and own the annual B2B marketing plan including key phases of launch and expansion of each segment
  • Own B2B revenues KPIs across all segments and pillars and ensure achieving B2B products revenues
  • Develop and implement a B2B customer acquisition and retention strategy with relevant budget for each segment
  • Work with other business units to enable customers to scale up their needs and loyalty in the B2B segments
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to initiate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Closely monitor customer requirements and behavior in cooperation with the Sales team, Presales team and Operations, as well as analyze market potential and prepare revenues forecast and analysis (business case) of products
  • Evaluate new opportunities and services or updates in the business market.

Leadership / Management:

  • Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management.
  • Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.
  • Manage subordinates’ administrational requirements
  • Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.
  • Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy.
  • Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated through creating a respectful and trusting relationship with them and communicating Umniah values.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in management by accommodating individual employee needs such as adjustable schedules or remote work options.
