<strong>Head of Learning and Talent Management<br><br></strong>The Learning &amp; Talent Management head will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs for the organization’s talent management function. This role requires a deep understanding of talent management and learning and development best practices to support the development of the organization’s employees and the overall success of the organization.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> To assist the CHRO in all learning activities and talent management initiatives for the company. This position will be head a team which will be responsible for design, launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the company..</li><li> Design and implement programs that aim to grow organizational capability through employee engagement,recognition,capabilitydevelopment,careerdevelopment,successionplanning, etc.</li><li> Develop and deliver training materials, including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and coaching sessions for employees and managers.</li><li> Deploy the designation and grade-wise competency framework for the company</li><li> Independently design the complete architecture of the L&amp;OD function including processes and flow of the L&amp;OD function and how it’s going to contribute to business results.</li><li> Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment</li><li> Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, measuring the impact on employee performance and the organization’s overall success.</li><li> valuate and select learning technologies and tools that enhance the learning experience and enable self-directed learning for employees.</li><li> To drive the Rewards &amp; Recognition framework</li><li> Succession planning and Career Pathing for key talent</li><li> Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, coaching, and others</li></ul>
