Job Description

Job summary:<p><br></p><ul><li>Control and manage project costs and support the project team in all commercial matters from initiation to close out for projects in scope.</li><li>Responsible for company infrastructure projects in Qatar.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Requirement:<p><br></p><ul><li>8+ years of relevant work experience in cost control or Quantity Surveying related functions; experience with consultants/clients preferable</li><li>Experience in preparing comprehensive cost-related reports and presenting to management.</li><li>Advanced skills in commercial management and contract practice</li><li>Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and business-related software</li><li>Familiar with international standards used in local and international projects.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Main Interfaces<p><br></p><strong>Finance, Legal, Development, Project Delivery, Audit, Other Procurement Functions</strong><p><br></p>Education<p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity Surveying/Construction Management<p><br></p>Candidate location: QATAR/ GCC<p><br></p>Language: English, Arabic (preferred)
