Join our team at Plethaura Chocolate and indulge your passion for chocolate while delighting our customers with exquisite creations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Produce a variety of chocolate products, including filled chocolates, truffles, bonbons, and chocolate sculptures, using your expertise in tempering and storing chocolate and cocoa butter.</p><p>- Develop and refine recipes for fillings, such as ganache, caramel, pate de fruit, and marshmallows, ensuring exceptional flavour and texture utilising fruits and nuts.</p><p>- Take the lead in product development, innovating and creating new recipes, designs, and ideas that captivate our customers and keep our offerings fresh and exciting.</p><p>- Manage a team of chocolatiers, providing guidance, training, and support in chocolate-making techniques and product creation as well as delegating tasks and responsibilities and demanding a high standard.</p><p>- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to identify trends, anticipate customer preferences, and create chocolate products that align with market demands.</p><p>- Take accurate stock count and control of raw materials, packaging, ingredients and finished products, maintaining inventory levels and minimising waste. </p><p>- implement efficient inventory management systems and procedures to track and monitor stick movement, including regular audits and reconciliations </p><p>- Coordinate with suppliers of raw materials, packaging and ingredients to ensure timely and reliable delivery. <span>- Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations in the production process. – Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, packaging, ingredients and finished products going to customers to maintain high standards of quality and freshness. </span></p><p><span>- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area, including proper storage and hygiene as well as handling of all equipment and supplies</span></p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations in chocolate-making to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional chocolatier, demonstrating expertise in producing a variety of chocolate products and chocolate sculptures.</p><p>- In-depth knowledge of chocolate tempering, storage, and handling techniques.</p><p>- Proficiency in developing recipes and creating fillings, including ganache, caramel, pate de fruit, and marshmallows.</p><p>- Strong creativity and artistic abilities to design visually appealing chocolate products.</p><p>- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.</p><p>- Passion for chocolate and a desire to create exceptional products that surpass customer expectations.</p><p>- Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality and flavour in every creation.</p><p>- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.</p><p>- Food safety and hygiene certifications are a plus.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Join our team and be part of a growing chocolate business where your skills and creativity will be valued and celebrated.</li><li>Salary is dependant on experience and expertise</li><li>We can offer visa sponsorship </li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>To apply, please send your resume and portfolio of your work to contact@plethaura.ae</li></ul>
