<p>We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Head Chef to join our team at BKRY (BKR). As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing a creative menu that reflects our brand’s vision while efficiently managing the kitchen’s daily operations, ensuring smooth goods production, and maintaining cost control measures. Your passion for culinary excellence and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering high-quality food and a delightful dining experience to our valued customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Menu Creation: Develop a creative and diverse menu that aligns with BKRY’s concept and brand. This menu should offer a range of delectable dishes while accommodating dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Cost Control: Implement cost-effective practices to ensure efficient utilization of ingredients while minimizing waste. Regularly review food costs and adjust menu items to maintain profitability.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Quality Assurance: Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards to guarantee food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enhance their culinary skills and productivity.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing timely orders to maintain a well-stocked kitchen while avoiding excess stock.</p><p><br></p><p>7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the restaurant manager and purchasing, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.</p><p><br></p><p>8. Menu Adaptation: Stay updated with food trends and customer preferences, and make necessary adjustments to the menu to keep it fresh and appealing.</p><p><br></p><p>9. Creativity and Innovation: Continuously introduce new and innovative dishes that enhance BKRY’s culinary offerings and elevate the dining experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a reputable restaurant or culinary establishment.</p><p>- Extensive culinary knowledge and creativity to develop unique and appealing menus.</p><p>- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.</p><p>- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and various cooking techniques.</p><p>- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.</p><p>- Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.</p><p>- High standards of hygiene and sanitation.</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
