<p>Job description</p><p>Job Purpose:</p><p>Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. He should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, He should be familiar with sanitation regulations. Aware of advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients Ultimately, he will prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights the customers.</p><p>Job Description:</p><ul><li>Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales to prepare daily open checks and operation.</li><li>setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes.</li><li>Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients with brand standard with no modification unless approved by brand partner</li><li>Cook food in a timely manner with brand standard</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area for food safety and hygiene</li><li>Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items to deliver high quality end food</li><li>Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) to meet customer satisfaction</li><li>Ensure appealing plate presentation as brand image for purpose of high end food.</li><li>Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients to develop menu and brand growth.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Culinary school diploma or similar</li><li>Miminum 3 years of experience as&nbsp;<strong>Kitchen head at Arabic Cuisine or any other field</strong></li><li><strong>Arabic kitchen experience is a must</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment</li><li>Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes</li><li>Familiarity with sanitation regulations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Industry</p><ul><li>Food &amp; Beverages / Restaurants</li></ul><p>Salary range start from 10K</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Employment Type</p><p>Full-time</p><p><br></p>
