§ Creating and maintaining an excellent vegan menu selection, keeping in mind the target guests
§ Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
§ Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation
§ Maintain good communication and work relationships in all Cafe areas; Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, special promotions, functions and events
§ Comply with Cafe security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, Coordinate and ensure all DM formalities are in place and approved by authorities.

Qualifications:
§ Open to South African, South American, French, Belgian and Indonesian nationals
§ 50 years old and below
§ At least 10 years of total experience and 5 years of experience in Vegan or Organic cuisine
Must have HACCP certification
