Job Description:
? Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and supervision of kitchen staff.
? Practice healthy cooking methods and be able to create nutritious, delicious dishes that meet the needs of the restaurant’s target customers.
? Maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation, as well as manage the kitchen’s budget and schedules.
? Responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs and ensuring that all of kitchen staff are following proper cooking techniques at all times.
? Develop recipes, dishes and other options for customers with much consideration on the restaurant brand and image while showing product results with creativity on variety and quality.
