Shift- Night Shift (Cabs Facility for Women).

Job Description-

  • New joiner engagement- Plan and Execute Nesting Planner for New joiner assimilation, engagement and Retention.
  • Connecting with New joiners, establishing rapport, driving Policy awareness, handle grievances, attendance for the first 60-90 days.
  • Control early attrition and voluntary attrition, ensuring 90% of joiners are retained .
  • Work closely with Trainers and Line managers , Track absenteeism on 3 days continuous absent employee, Initiate absconding formalities inline with policy
  • Publish daily/weekly/monthly dash boards and insights to DU leaders and stakeholders on the engagement, exit status
  • Plan Execute various employee engagement activities.
  • Drive Amber awareness and participation. Meeting Amber PTM connects closure on time.
  • Employee exit management and related approvals on time in Oracle fusion.
