<ul><li>Job Purpose<br></li></ul>Responsible for HC function in providing peoples analysis, forecasting and insights when required, ensure to follow technology data quality processes and standards.<br><ul><li>Key Duties and Responsibilities <br></li></ul>Functional Responsibilities<br><br>1<br><br>Support HC function in providing peoples analysis, forecasting and insights when required.<br><br>2<br><br>Develop predictive analysis models to identify high-performance and attrition drivers<br><br>3<br><br>Collaborate with Technology team to integrate BI systems with HC system to develop and maintain various dashboards in particularly aligning HC objectives with business outcomes.<br><br>4<br><br>Work closely with technology team to drive common analytical solutions, standards and best practice.<br><br>5<br><br>Ensure to follow technology data quality processes and standards.<br><br>6<br><br>Develop and design a functional wise workforce analytical dashboards which includes and not limited to , attrition, absences, performance rating , nationalism, diversity recruitment and headcount analysis and therefore share dashboards with HC function<br><br>7<br><br>Ensure to provide the reports to management when required.<br><br>8<br><br>Set reporting standards and develop reporting methodology within HC and act as the centralized reporting function by ensuring all HC stakeholders are receiving reports in a standard and timely manner<br><br><strong>Job Segment: </strong> Analytics, Data Analyst, Management, Data
