We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.<p><br></p><strong>Your Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Primary role is to perform upgrade and installation of Varian linear accelerators and imaging systems mainly in Morocco and rest of Africa but also in South Europe:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site upgrade and installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems, as well as overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.</li><li>Demonstrate equipment operation and specifications according to the Customer Acceptance Procedure (CAP).</li><li>Conduct Acceptance testing to ensure that all product specifications are met with highest quality and in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain a high degree of professionalism and safety according to VMS guidelines and customer regulations in order to perform activities under the safest working conditions.</li><li>Performs parts inventory and ordering for assigned installation, including replenishing spare parts kit, short shipment and return consigned parts per VMS written processes. </li><li>Provide feedback on products and documentation to improve installation processes Report by means of IWO’s, time sheets, expense reports, etc. regularly to ensure accurate company statistical data on customer-oriented activities is available.</li><li>Train, mentor, and advise new and less experienced Installation Representatives in all aspects of the job.</li><li>Assist in the development of new installation techniques and the writing of installation documentation. </li><li>Complete all required installation documentation that pertains to the job being completed and update all requested and/or required data for data tracking purposes.</li><li>Use prescribed problem-resolution escalation procedures and request technical assistance when necessary in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of and sound professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering, testing equipment used for verification, checkout and calibration of electronic equipment. This includes but is not limited to oscilloscopes, digital volt meters, and torque wrenches.</li><li>Knowledge of and sound professional technical experience with PC based systems and business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, reporting databases, and SharePoint.</li><li>Customer focused attitude Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic, French and in English, both written and spoken</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>GDPR</strong><p><br></p>We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
