Hardware Associate

Operations – Egypt, EG – Full time – 849 InstaShop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online marketplace for supermarkets, pharmacies, pet shops & other businesses in the Middle East. The Hardware Associate is responsible for managing a detailed inventory of the Company’s assets provided to the partners and keeping the inventory updated. Furthermore, the Hardware Associate interacts with the various suppliers and vendors in order to coordinate and track the asset allocation and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
Primary responsibilities
· Troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime
· Ensure that devices are readily available to be provided to any partner wherever they may be required
· Assist with devices and network related requests in a timely manner
· Provide technical support and guidance to the end user remotely, if the problem is critical an onsite visit can be arranged
∙ To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
· Adequate command of excel
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently or in groups
