• Develop handover management plan, and check lists for the project
• Approach different governmental authorities for handover of the project and collect their clearances.
• Has specific responsibility to plan for and coordinate with PWA O & M departments / Assets affairs to get their approval for the completed works during construction and at testing on completion stage.
• Ensure project hand over record, road safety audit issues, submitting a health & safety file (manuals, record sheets, as built drawings, warranties & certificates, testing and commissioning documents, and specified quality records)
• Maintain up to date Hand over plans and schedule.
