<strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>Handover Coordinator</strong> to join our team!<p><br></p><strong><u>What You’ll Be Doing</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Performs activities on assigned moderately-complex projects/programs and/or functional area(s) to ensure that assets and documentation for handover is in accordance with Authorities, stakeholders and employers requirements. Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, authorities, stakeholders and other personnel.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Required Skills You’ll Bring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and typically 10+ years of related work experience in the area of liaison with local authorities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Desired Skills You’ll Bring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Requires knowledge of Authorities procedures and practices. </li><li>Requires the ability to communicate clearly, conduct presentations to management, and interface effectively with a diverse group of professionals.</li><li>Very good interpersonal skills to work with other departments in a tactful and effective manner. </li><li>Very good written and verbal communication, analytical, problem solving, and risk assessment skills.</li><li>Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and Power Point.</li><li>Very good attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Minimum Clearance Required To Start</u></strong><p><br></p>Not Applicable/None<p><br></p>Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
