<p>We are urgently looking for women Gymnastics Coach with NOC </p><p><strong>Responsibilities : as </strong>A gymnastics coach you will instruct different nationalities students, and different ages in various gymnastics disciplines. They may specialize in a particular event or serve as an overall team coach.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leadership:</strong> In order to provide constructive feedback and help little girls improve, coach need excellent leadership skills.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> the coach should be able to articulate exactly what a gymnast should do with verbal communication.</li><li><strong>Patience:</strong> the coach help gymnasts practice the same technique or motion continuously until they perfect it.</li><li><strong>Interpersonal skills: the</strong> Coach need to build rapport with their students in order to have positive, lasting relationships.</li><li><strong>Physical stamina:</strong> Since gymnastics coaches often need to spot students and occasionally demonstrate a move or motion, they should have physical stamina.</li></ul><p><br></p>
