<strong>Organization- Park Hyatt Doha</strong><p><br></p><strong>Summary</strong><p><br></p>Guest Service Officer will assist guests with check in/out process, account settlements, communication of the hotel services and promotions, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants in Doha and answering guest phone calls during the night shift. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
