Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of Turkey and features hand-painted finishings, Turkish artworks and stunning murals inspired by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire. The resort offers 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Residences and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East. The resort offers Sinbad’s Kids Club complete with splash park, nightlife destination Music Hall and a collection of eight diverse restaurants which offer a vibrant selection of culinary experiences. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen as Guest Services Executive – Spa to join the team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

The Ideal candidate is essential to provide guests a unique and outstanding experience. Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions, warmly welcome and orient guests and provide effective and efficient guest service.

  • To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain and up sell the facilities and services available.
  • Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival and register them as well as issue any appropriate welcome booklet
  • Assist in answering all telephone communication with-in three rings observing standards, etiquette, and patience at all times. Handle guest messages and communication needs accurately.
  • Ensure guests are directed to desired locations for treatment and connected with the appropriate service.
  • Ensures that the Guest Services desk is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times
  • Schedule reservations of spa services for guests and coordinate staff schedule to ensure prompt service.
  • Assist with administration duties: filing, products supply inventory and other duties required to support management and operations.
  • To report all problems and or complaints related to the spa. Communicate via logbook & staff meetings, depending upon urgency.
  • To liaise with all related departments confirm reservations, process engineering requests and maintain cleanliness.
  • To understand all current activities & promotions within the Spa & Hotel.
  • Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating and closing procedures.
  • Participate in any scheduled training programs and attend the internal spa meetings.
  • Record in appropriate logbook any guest requests, complaints or engineering requests.
  • To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a spa environment (or equivalent).
  • Ideally experience within a luxury 5 star environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of treatments.
  • Knowledge of Spa system.
  • Additional language is desirable (preferable Russian speakers)
