Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent – Front Office for our 4*hotel who will be responsible for providing a welcoming and hospitable experience to our guests. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience working within Hospitality within the same or a similar role. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be considered for the vacancy.

Responsibilities:

路        Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

路        Register guests and assign rooms

路        Process guest check-ins and check-outs

路        Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns

路        Answer phone calls and make reservations

路        Provide information about hotel amenities and services

路        Assist with billing and payment processes

路        Keep the reception area clean and tidy

Requirements:

路        Opera Knowledge is a must

路        Proven experience as a front desk receptionist in a hotel

路        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

路        Strong customer service skills

路        Familiarity with hotel booking and payment systems

路        Professional and polished appearance

路        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
