<p>First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Officer, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p><p>• Direct communications with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth check-in.</p><p>• Help answer questions for guests, assist guests with reservations and payment information.</p><p>• Manage the details of each reservation and communicate with Guest for Extension if needed.</p><p>• Ensure that all check-ins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.</p><p>• Good understanding of guest-service strategies, property management, procurement functions, as well as sales & marketing methods</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date information on arrivals, departures, and apartment condition.</p><p>• Must Be familiar with OTAS procedures of sales.</p><p>• Perform basic cashier activities as and when required for collecting/refunding to the guests.</p><p>• Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.</p><p>• Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.</p><p>• Conduct pre-arrival, post-departure, initial, on-request and any type of other property inspection and report when required.</p><p>• Do other tasks such as viewings, key activation/deactivation, property visits, inspections, transporting, etc. when required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years’ guest relations experience in hospitality / holiday homes or relevant field.</li><li>Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Multi-tasking skills.</li></ul>
