If you are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description</p><p>-Coordinate and manage all interactions with customers pre-booking, during stay and post-stay</p><p>-Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, respond to complaints, and ensure apartments profitability</p><p>-Booking channels expert</p><p>-Prepare and manage direct channels</p><p>-Offer guests options depending on their requirements</p><p>-Prepare check-in instructions and guests manuals</p><p>-CRM regular actions with DB</p><p>-DB building and handling</p><p>-Undertake any other reasonable task requested by the Management</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements for position:</p><p>-Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays as requires</p><p>-Ability to handle stressful situations</p><p>-Friendly personality and a genuine desire to help others</p><p>-Ability to think clearly and make quick decisions</p><p>-Professional manner and a calm, rational approach in hectic situations</p><p>-Ability to balance customer and business priorities</p><p>-Flexibility and a ‘can do’ mentality</p><p>-Energy and patience</p><p>-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages</p><p>-Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights</p>
