Inspiring us to create warm and sophisticated experiences for those seeking a richer perspective on the world.<br><br>Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel in Beirut is looking to hire a Guest Relations Agent.<br><br>Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental hotel with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 4 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.<br><br><strong>A little taste of your day-to-day:<br><br></strong>Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:<br><ul><li>Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.</li><li>Concierge Services: Provide comprehensive concierge services, offering information about local attractions, making dining recommendations, arranging transportation, and booking reservations.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions and maintaining positive guest relationships.</li><li>Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, recognizing their preferences and special occasions to create personalized experiences.</li><li>Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and fulfill guest requests and arrangements.</li><li>VIP and Special Services: Provide dedicated assistance to VIP guests, coordinating special services and amenities.</li><li>Guest Feedback: Gather and utilize guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Safety and Security: Uphold hotel safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly.</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary administrative duties, including guest record maintenance and report preparation.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We need from you:<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.</li><li>1 to 2 years experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you can expect from us:<br><br></strong>We give our people everything they need to succeed.
