Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven front office experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Rooms Division Team, the Guest Experience Coordinator works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.<p><br></p>The Guest Experience Coordinator is an integral part of the Guest Experience Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.<p><br></p>As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility.<p><br></p>They respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.<p><br></p>They handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.<p><br></p>Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to follow Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures is a must. </li><li>Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.</li><li>Prepare for and manage our many VIP’s, return guests and group business</li><li>Passionate about engaging with guests, exceeding their expectations and managing their feedback</li><li>Involved in all guest related issues and be creative of new product and service providing</li><li>Look for new/innovative ways to provide anticipatory service</li><li>Coordinate among all departments for seamless execution of service</li><li>Coordinate correspondence with guests pre and post stay</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications And Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree, preferably in Hospitality Management</li><li>At least 1 year work experience in international 5 star hotel chain within rooms division operations</li><li>Someone engaging, energetic, with strong interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving ability and be proficient in Hotel property management systems, in particular Opera</li><li>The ability to remain calm under pressure</li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.
