If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Overseeing all aspects of our reservation management system, including booking, confirmation, modification, and cancellation.</li><li>Providing top-notch customer support, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during our guests’ stay.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience.</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and drive customer loyalty.</li><li>Handling any guest complaints or issues, providing quick and effective solutions.</li><li>Analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and tact.</li><li>Proficiency in using reservation management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience.</li><li>Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required.</li></ol>
