GTM Project Manager

Job Description

Role Purpose:
As a GTM Delivery project Manager for Vodafone UK you will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects from within VBUK. This role will encompass both ends to end project delivery/management and Go To Market deliveries across a range of products, propositions and device launches.

Working with our technology teams across Product, Commercial, IT, Networks and Security, you will establish and ratify requirements, as well as initiating, structuring and lead projects of variable risk and complexity through to completion. You will maintain stakeholder engagements with key individuals at a senior level across the organization, resolving issues and making recommendations to mitigate project delays.

You will be responsible for projects from End2End encompassing all aspects of delivery through the launch to market.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
– Accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of UK initiatives, working across group and local functions within agreed budget and timelines.
– Manage related project budget and deliver high quality service transition into BAU.
– Manage key stakeholders in the delivery chain, owning the project communication and alignment between the business and technology team at all levels.
– Ensure all projects meet the gate or check point criteria as set out in company project governance framework.
– Responsible for creating and maintaining a project RAID log and liaising with the corporate risk register owner for those items applicable at that level.
– Facilitate launch activity (managed by SMEs) relating to the project into Sales Channels, internal teams and marketing execution.
