Job Description
<strong>Role Summary</strong><p><br></p>The GSC IDM Supply Manager will support the GSC IDM Supply Lead on putting together the aggregated IDM supply overview using Tableau, BOBJ, Supply IQ and other data sources and will execute digitisation of GSC IDM PCT processes, reports, and communications.<p><br></p>The GSC IDM Supply Manager will prepare IDM Visual Management (VM) for the IDM PCT forums and the IDM Monthly supply status updates as well as the required one-pagers for Commercial Leaders on concrete supply escalations.<p><br></p>The GSC IDM Supply Manager will provide support on IDM processes documentation, tracking metrics, maintain IDM supply repositories as well as on the coordination of x-functional teams driving action plans for the PGS IDM Must Wins.<p><br></p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Tableau, BOBJ & Supply IQ expert: Leverage Tableau, BOBJ, Supply IQ and other data sources to enable IDM aggregated views in a top-down approach with the agility required by commercial teams</li><li>Roll-out IDM reporting & analytics: Roll out Analytics & Reporting landscape for IDM region to support internal GSC IDM insights & IDM commercial needs</li><li>Digitize GSC IDM VM monthly Forums: Digitize and prepare visual Management part for IDM Monthly forums</li><li>Deep dive IDM Financial performance: Provide visibility OP/LE Performance IDM for GSC audience, share GSC insights and key takeaways to enable commercial revenue targets</li><li>Digitize IDM BU one pagers for Commercial Office: Automate IDM aggregated Supply view per BU</li><li>Track key brands for IDM commercial: run monthly standard reports & analytics on must wins brands IDM</li><li>Support Supply issue escalation: Prepare tactical picture supply issue based on Supply IQ data, get insights from 3 sub regions, and lead internal operational escalation calls to track adherence IDM recovery plan</li><li>Coordination of IDM x-functional teams: Maintain projects plans, coordinate meetings schedule, support on the preparation of status updates. </li><li>GSC IDM Process documentation: Document new processes established with GSC IDM PCTs and other IDM stakeholders in GSC, Finance and Commercial. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Must-Have</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience.<p><br></p>Local Logistics market knowledge.<p><br></p>Strong written and oral communication skills.<p><br></p>Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.<p><br></p>Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.<p><br></p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications.<p><br></p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong><p><br></p>Master’s degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience.<p><br></p>Six Sigma/Lean management certification.<p><br></p>Project Management experience.<p><br></p>Good organizational, negotiation skills and time management capability.<p><br></p>Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and support staff across multiple areas.<p><br></p><strong>Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment Requirements</strong><p><br></p>International travel required.
