<p><strong>Position: Growth Marketing Manager (Investor)</strong></p><p><strong>Years</strong><span> </span><strong>of</strong><span> </span><strong>Experience</strong><span>: 10+ years</span></p><p><strong>Education: </strong><span>Bachelor’s Degree/MBA a plus</span></p><p><strong>Travel: </strong><span>Yes</span></p><p><strong>Relocation</strong><span>: Yes</span></p><p> <span> </span></p><p><span>Key Results</span></p><p><span>This position will drive accredited investors to the Avana Company investment platforms.</span></p><p><span>● Build a go-to-market machine to drive 500+ investors to invest $250 MM+ over the next five years across our suite of investment platforms. </span></p><p><span>● Drive, leading indicators including, but not limited to, 100 MQLs for the EqualSeat Investment platform in first 12 months. </span></p><p><span>● Create a go-to-market plan in the first 90 days with the necessary resources to achieve year 1 through 3 results. GTM should address institutional (asset managers and family offices), retail investors and CU/Banks for syndication and participation onto the EqualSeat Planform. The key is the dollar amount raised – both domestic and international and to be in a routine of creating (a) appointments (b) pitching (c) closing as a process for both large and smaller investors in private credit.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span></p><p><span>● Create, and drive Avana’s investor acquisition strategy across marketing channels, potentially including organic, paid, social, partner, affiliate, content, and referral programs.</span></p><p><span>● Drive investors’ awareness and interest in our proprietary EqualSeat™ platform.</span></p><p><span>● Drive increased investments for existing and new investor pools for financial products offered on our platform through investor insights and metrics with just-in-time content and collateral.</span></p><p><span>● Manage all aspects of investor behavior tracking, analysis, and optimization. </span></p><p><span>● Data-driven strategies to acquire and retain investors and their capital via iterative testing throughout the funnel, including within the platform UI, in close collaboration with the technology team </span></p><p><span>● Manage relationships and budgets across external agencies and contractors to execute strategic growth marketing projects with a keen eye on metrics and budget.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Requirements</span></p><p><span>● Minimum of 10 years experience in similar marketing and demand generation roles</span></p><p><span>● Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience</span></p><p><span>● Track record of achieving forecasted marketing KPIs in past roles</span></p><p><span>● Demonstrated experience with digital analytic platforms and marketing attribution</span></p><p><span>● A “Get Stuff Done” attitude that can make an impact on day 1</span></p><p><span>● A solid track record of creative solutions informed and guided by data-driven decisions</span></p><p><span>● Experience in the fintech, financial services industry, and/or working with high net-worth individuals and organizations</span></p><p><span>● Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Demand Side Platforms</span></p><p><span>● Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-national environment</span></p><p><span>● Bilingual (English and Arabic) is desired</span></p><p><span>● Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Desired Characteristics</span></p><p><span>● MBA or related Marketing degree is a plus</span></p><p><span>● Personal experience with investing is a plus</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Who is Avana Companies</span></p><p><span>We are a small business lending and investment platform company with an immediate full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to actively raise investment capital from retail and institutional investors to provide loans to SME clients.
