Job Overview:

NNC is seeking a Performance Marketer to join our expanding digital & growth marketing team. The role, also acting as a Growth Marketer, will be instrumental in shaping and executing our growth strategies and media buying plans for our clients.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Media Buyer/Performance Marketer will bring valuable skills and expertise to the team. He/she should excel in 5 main elements: strategic planning, budget management, performance tracking and optimization, reporting, and industry knowledge. With a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, he/she develops targeted media buying strategies and campaigns that maximize client objectives and ROI.

  • Audience-Centric Campaigns: Develop campaigns based on customer profiles, buyer personas, and problem statements, in collaboration with creative and account management teams.
  • Performance Marketing Execution: Plan, manage, and execute high-performing campaigns across digital channels. This includes coordinating multiple campaigns, optimizing digital ads, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
  • Budget Management & ROI: Allocate advertising resources strategically to maximize ROI, adjusting expenditures proactively as needed.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Align with the Growth Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to drive broader marketing initiatives and optimize user experience across platforms.
  • Tracking & Optimization: Implement tracking and pixel across platforms, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Web Analytics & Reporting: Administer web analytics dashboards and reports using various tools, providing regular performance reports, budget expenditures, and actionable recommendations.
  • Mentoring: Guide junior team members on performance marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about digital advertising trends, ad platforms’ updates, and industry content trends.
  • Innovation & Opportunities: Recommend innovative approaches to audience engagement and propose new opportunities to clients based on the latest features and strategies.
