– Responsible for optimizing the revenue growth and consistency, this includes customer growth, acquisition, retention, and GMV growth.
– Responsible for executing the entire online customer acquisition.
– Responsible for CAC and Sales Qualified lead generation
– Experiment and implement new growth strategies to uncover hidden opportunities and to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
– Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services within current markets
– Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent service
– Conducting market research to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share.
– Align with marketing department to create marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments or geographic regions
