You get the job done methodically and with compelling data.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Develop and execute growth strategies to increase adoption, retention, and revenue on the C3Pay app.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Develop and implement new marketing channels to keep growing at a fast pace.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Optimize existing channels by leveraging your expertise and innovative ideas.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Monitor the performance of key initiatives keeping a close eye on our cost of acquisition and customer lifetime value.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Set OKRs and lead growth activities from high-level strategy to flawless execution.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Manage the marketing budget allocated to user acquisition.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Conduct comprehensive market research and identify emerging growth opportunities ensuring a competitive edge.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Collaborate with marketing, data and product teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Strategize and plan content creation to deliver exceptional value to users.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Continuously test and optimize campaigns utilizing hard and soft data to drive exceptional results.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Guide and coach junior marketing team members and help them grow while achieving key business KPIs.</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Marketing, Management, and/ or related field degree</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>3+ years of experience in mobile app growth and acquisition</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>A demonstrated track record of moving KPIs </p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Strong analytical skills and <span>data-backed decision making</span></p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Expert in rapid experimentation</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Customer-centric mindset, you make decision based on user insights</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you work well in teams and don’t need directions</p><p><span>»&nbsp;</span>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</p><p><br></p>
