Job Description
<ul><li><span>Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.</span></li><li><span>Handle holidays packages operation for groups including Reservation and operation.</span></li><li><span>Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator…etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.</span></li><li><span>Handles Group ticketing with airline companies & suppliers.</span></li><li><span>issues , cancel , change , refund group and individual tickets through Amadeus , airline companies or suppliers. </span></li><li><span>Revise and coordinate supplier statements with both airlines, operators, and accounting . </span></li><li><span>Revise and reconcile suppliers’ monthly statements and coordinate the payments and refunds with the accounting on a timely manner.</span></li><li><span>Receive and handle customers complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span>Manage queues throughout the day for schedule changes, ticketing deadlines, and canceled itineraries and communicate it accordingly with the operators or the clients in a timely manner. </span></li><li><span>Assist in the Design of fixed departure packages for group trips throughout the year.</span></li><li><span>Support in the Design of the ready made packages for FIT and honeymoons.</span></li><li><span>Contact new suppliers to get contracted hotels and tourism services to create best travel packages.</span></li><li><span>Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator or similar) to confirm and follow up on all travel services.</span></li><li><span>Assist in Development of the sales and marketing plans with the sales & marketing Team. </span></li><li><span>Train new employees for destination training and quotation process. </span></li><li><span>Travel with group trips abroad in order to handle the operation on the ground.</span></li><li><span>Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows when required.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
