This role involves managing a team of SAP professionals and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of SAP to support business processes and achieve organizational goals.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lead the maintenance, and optimization of the SAP ERP system across the organization, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to define business requirements, configure SAP modules, and ensure successful system integration.</p><p>Develop and execute testing strategies to validate the functionality and performance of the SAP system.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>System Maintenance and Support:</strong></p><p>Ensure the ongoing stability, availability, and performance of the SAP system by managing system updates, patches, and upgrades.</p><p>Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize user productivity.</p><p>Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Business Process Optimization:</strong></p><p>Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using SAP.</p><p>Collaborate with departmental heads to define system requirements and configure SAP modules to align with business needs.</p><p>Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize the use of SAP across the organization.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Team Management:</strong></p><p>Manage a team of SAP professionals, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.</p><p>Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.</p><p>Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful ERP initiatives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Vendor Management:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Liaise with SAP vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage service-level agreements, and ensure timely resolution of any vendor-related issues.</p><p>Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations on system enhancements or upgrades.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.</p><p>Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in managing SAP ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, and support.</p><p>In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionality, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.</p><p>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within the defined timelines and budget.</p><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements.</p><p>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of SAP professionals.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.</p><p>SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.</p><p>Knowledge of other ERP systems and integration with SAP is a plus.</p><p>Familiarity with industry-specific ERP solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is advantageous.</p>
