<p>Group Commercial Director – Riyadh 80 – 100k SAR PM OTE </p><p><br></p><p>eMagine Solutions search have been retained on an exclusive basis with a conglomerate their business lines include Retail, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Shipping and Automotive. They are known for being one of the Kingdom’s leading organisation and employ over 10,000 employees across 3 continents. </p><p><br></p><p>They have recently expanded their portfolio and are looking to scale up their teams in Jeddah and Riyadh. The position have full P&L responsibility and reports to the CxO level in the business. </p><p><br></p><p>Group Commercial Director will drive the planning and execution of the commercial strategy through supporting the Sales, Marketing, and revenue management team. </p><p><br></p><p>Key Objectives:</p><ul><li>In collaboration with the Brand Director, he/she will build the commercial market strategy in the region. </li><li>Identifying and reaching out to unexplored market segments for business expansion.</li><li>Responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer relations and building cordial relationships through regular interactions with customers.</li><li>Developing capability and creating a result-oriented culture via empowerment. </li><li>Managing the sales and marketing function including BDM, Trade Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and Directors</li></ul><p>We are open to a variety of backgrounds such as Retail, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Shipping, Automotive can all be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Looking for a role model for the commercial community with track record to drive organization gaols.
