We challenge the status quo and work out beautifully designed models that are disruptive, unique and sustainable.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p><p>The purpose of the technical maintenance engineer is to independently maintain our <strong>Naava</strong> green walls, making sure that the customer receives working products and excellent customer service in terms of maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p>The work includes the correction of previously known technical problems and possibly also troubleshooting and solving new problem situations together with support functions.</p><p><br></p><p>As the amount of technical maintenance tasks varies, work tasks can also include </p><ul><li>plant maintenance, water filling and replacement, assembling and installing Naava frames, and moving and picking up Naava products </li><li>maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse and equipment when necessary. </li><li>handling tasks related to Naava.app monitoring and controlling, with support from the Naava global support team. </li><li><span>keep Naava functional and presentable with regular maintenance, while also taking care of the customer.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Good knowledge of technology and basic knowledge of plants.</li><li>Hard-working attitude</li><li>Problem-solving ability and perseverance in the face of more difficult puzzles</li><li>Customer service skills and good communication skills</li><li>An independent and self-initiated approach to work, </li><li>Ability to work smoothly in a team</li><li>Honesty in reporting</li><li>Flexibility</li><li>Good basic physical condition and clever hands</li><li>Interest/expertise in plants would be a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
