<br><p>Job Description</p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Our office is located in Ras Al Khaimah.</span></li><li><span>Experience in BIM modeling of GRC &amp; Precast elements.</span></li><li><span>Experience in Revit, BIM360 &amp; Rhino.</span></li><li><span>Willing to relocate in Ras Al Khaimah</span></li><li><span>Minimum 5 years’ experience with a GRC façade contractor or a façade consultancy firm</span></li><li><span>Knowledge in Precast systems and GRC</span></li><li><span>Valid driving license.</span></li><li><span>Communicate directly with project’ stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Preparation of submittals based on the structural design, submittal review and surveying tender docs. For façade projects.</span></li><li><span>Ability to produce technical façade design reports with different connection materials.</span></li><li><span>Proposing of cladding systems.</span></li><li><span>Working toward solving the raised issues from the consultant, MC &amp; client.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate and collaborate with the In-house façade team.</span></li><li><span>Produce drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications &amp; schedules.</span></li><li><span>Checking drawings from other team members.</span></li><li><span>Preparation of comments list after checking and reviewing the comments on the submitted documents to the consultant.</span></li><li><span>Developing fixation details.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring the flow of information among the team members.</span></li><li><span>Attending meetings with the stakeholders of the project.</span></li><li><span>Additional tasks will be required as by the nature of business and circumstances.</span></li></ul><p><span>We look forward to receiving your application.</span></p><p><span>Job Type: Full-time</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Experience:</span></p><ul><li><span>Engineering: 5 years (Preferred)</span></li></ul><p><span>Willingness to travel:</span></p><ul><li><span>25% (Preferred)</span></li></ul><p><span>Expected Start Date: 05/05/2023</span></p><p><br></p>
