<p>Deus Real Estate is Dubai’s top boutique real estate brokerage company specialising in high-end luxurious waterfront properties and holiday homes in Dubai. It is the agency of choice for both investors and end-users for property sales, leasing and bespoke investment advisory.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for tech savvy designer who can design posts and ads for the social media as well as edit videos and do property photoshoots.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>1) Preferably 1 year of web and graphics design experience with a Real estate developer/ real estate agency experience.</p><p>2) Design related bachelor’s degree</p><p>3) Social media savvy and up to date with latest trends.</p><p>4) Excellent communication skills. Fluent English speaker. Excellent business english skills.</p><p>5) Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.</p><p>7) Design Social Media Posts and stories for our pages according to the Digital Strategy &amp; Calendar.</p><p>8) Design &amp; Execute Meta Lead Generation campaigns and Google display Ads.</p><p>9) Create / Edit spectacular Campaign images, videos &amp; reels for digital use.</p><p>10) Design company profiles and brochures.</p><p>11) Support in redesigning/enhancing the website design.</p><p>12) Should be able to shoot property (photos &amp; videos) Be able to edit videos and ready them using professional video editing softwares such as Premiere Pro, Adobe suite, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve etc.</p><p>13) Excellent skills in publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.</p><p>14) Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.</p><p>15) A portfolio ready to show as sample during recruitment process.</p><p>16) Able to meet deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>What we offer:</p><p>- Fast paced friendly work environment, with coaching, counselling support from real estate industry leaders with 20 plus years.</p><p>- Incentives and rewards based on performance</p><p>- An amazing office in a prime location near to Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina directly on the Sheikh Zayed Road.</p><p>- A modest basic salary ranging AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 and visa. </p><p>All other benefits As per labor law.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking forward to meeting you!</p>
