Job Description

<p>The Social Media Graphic Designer’s role is to work directly with the Social Media Lead and the marketing team to create varied and interesting content to target groups. The successful candidate needs to be fully attuned to all the latest trends and best practices in social media content production and design to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:</em></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage graphic design from concept to delivery</li><li>Create visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)</li><li>Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design</li><li>Develop and present creative projects that support agreed-upon goals and strategy</li><li>Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist on the go and ensure that deadlines are met</li><li>Refine projects and drafts and generate creative ideas</li><li>Develop social media content: GIFS, posts, photos, videos, etc.…</li><li>Brief copywriters and generate ideas</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Our ideal candidate</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Degree in Graphic Design or Computer Sciences</li><li>2-4 years of experience in social media graphic design in a specialized agency</li><li>Business-to-consumer experience is critical</li><li>Creating GIF animations</li><li>Video editing skills</li><li>Advanced Photoshop and experience with Illustrator</li><li>Must have a grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc</li><li>Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>&nbsp;Skills</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Creativity, Graphic Design skills, and premium brand sensibility</li><li>Be able to produce original ideas.</li><li>Ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines</li><li>Passionate about social media and work well in a team</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Must be self-motivated</li><li>Being Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Sample of works</em></p><p></p><p><strong>To ensure the best results, please provide web links or a portfolio of previous work and personal handles when submitting your resume.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>
