Job Description
<ul><li>Work with or without creative direction to combine text, audio, animation, photography, and video to create informational and impactful content.</li><li> Work closely with the digital team to ensure delivery of content on time each month on agreed/scheduled posting dates.</li><li> Work on expanding the image and video library from various online sources or in collaboration with a professional photographer and/or videographer.</li><li> Create innovative marketing campaigns designed to entice the digital native;</li><li>Understand and follow design briefs and social media calendars to create out-of-the-box aesthetics and design</li><li> Collaborate with content writers to visualize written content/infographics;</li><li> Collaborate with other creatives to brainstorm creative concepts;</li><li> Work with or without the supervision of the Art Director;</li><li> Take part in the ideation and creative direction of a campaign or design when needed;</li><li> Create design briefs when needed;</li><li> Perform edits based on feedback from stakeholders in the creative process.</li><li> Use active listening skills and constructive criticism to fine-tune Independent<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or relevant fields. </li><li> Offline design experiences and a minimum experience of 2 years in web design are a bonus.</li><li> Arabic and GCC experience is an asset.</li><li> Working or freelancing for a creative agency for no less than 2 years.</li><li>Creating graphics, animations, illustrations, and special effects, as well as editing photos, audio, and video.</li><li>Strong proficiency in photography, digital graphics, animations, and web multimedia are all very critical.</li><li>Using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li> Well-versed with both MAC and PC environments.</li></ul>
