(and fun too!) </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are&nbsp;looking for a star&nbsp;graphic&nbsp;designer to join our awesome&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;team.&nbsp;You will lead, design, and build our online and offline presence, in line with doobi’s identity, community and culture.&nbsp;To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be working on</strong></p><ul><li>Conceptualize and design campaigns including branding, animations and infographics for video, print and social media outlets</li><li>Liaise with the commercial teams to create social posts around sponsored campaigns</li><li>Work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the brand is being presented to its full potential</li><li>Study design briefs, determine requirements and conceptualizing visuals based on requirements</li><li>Creating images and layouts using design softwares</li><li>Ensure consistency of our brand guidelines across all printed and digital media&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule projects and define budget constraints</li><li>Communicate closely with printers and sourcing printed collaterals for designs and packaging.</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand</li><li>Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas&nbsp;</li><li>Produce valuable and engaging content for our social media that attracts and converts our target groups</li><li>Provide support with internal and external communications</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of the Bahraini and GCC market</li><li>Expert in adobe suite design softwares&nbsp;<span>(adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)</span></li><li>Knowledge in animation is a plus&nbsp;<span>(adobe after effects or adobe premier)&nbsp;</span></li><li>A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics</li><li>Great copywriting, grammar, and spelling skills</li><li>Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind</li><li>Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Joining us means becoming part of a team that values creativity and collaboration.
