<p><strong>(2D/3D) Graphics Designer </strong></p><p><br></p><p> <u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Creating visual concepts, sketches, and storyboards to communicate design ideas effectively.</li><li>Developing creative and innovative designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.</li><li>Creating 2D designs, such as illustrations, icons, logos, infographics, and layouts.</li><li>Developing 3D models, textures, and animations for use in interactive media, games, or simulations.</li><li>Adapting designs for different platforms and mediums, ensuring visual consistency and optimization.</li><li>Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling visual content for campaigns.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <u>Minimum Skills and Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Experience with 3D software, such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, for 3D modeling and rendering.</li><li>Familiarity with image editing, retouching, and manipulation techniques.</li><li>Proven experience in graphic design, including both 2D and 3D design projects.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and visually appealing designs.</li><li>Ability to generate original design ideas and concepts.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret design briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs.</li><li>Experience working in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to maintain design files, assets, and documentation.</li></ul>
